Sinus Rhythm with Multifocal PVCs - Check pulse, if present, then check heart rate and vital signs and stability of patient.

If > 100 bpm, then Stable Tachycardia Algorithm or Unstable Tachycardia Algorithm depending on the stability of the patient.

If no pulse, then PEA Algorithm.
