Torsades de Pointes - Check a pulse, if present then check stability of patient.
Remember that shocking will repolarize the cells just as Magnesium Sulfate, so always treat to shock first as opposed to giving drugs. However, Magnesium Sulfate will need to be given to prevent reoccurences.
